Breathe’s FREE People Portal mobile app is designed with your employees in mind. It’s now super-easy your team can book time off whenever, wherever.
Your people can:
- Request time off in seconds
- View booked time off at a glance
- Report sickness (if they have permission to log their own sickness)

- Mark themselves as returned to work when they’re feeling better
If your organisation uses Breathe’s Rota, Time & Attendance module, your people can also manage their shifts within the People Portal app, too.
They can:
- See updated rotas as soon as they’re published
- Be notified of your upcoming shifts and any changes as well
- Enjoy around-the-clock visibility of your shifts with an intuitive monthly calendar view
- View a week’s rota at a glance, be it the current week or a few weeks in the future
