It was great at first, but since the last update The app rarely wants to work. It force closes, then a screen keeps flashing between grey and saying there's an issue and to clear the cache, which doesn't fix the problem. Uninstalling it let's it work once or twice after installing it back, before going right back to not working. Purchase a different product that's not going to break on you in six months.

The app is useless and is poorly translated into English. The machine itself also rarely functions. I have to factory reset it weekly and even then it doesn't clean on a schedule or after usage, but only when I reset it and it will scoop at that moment. Now I have a $500 litter box, with a light, that occasionally beeps at me until I reset it. Would 100% pass on this if I had the chance again and would have opted for a better user friendly brand.

This app is glitchy. It freezes constantly, stating to clear the cache, which I do, but it doesn't fix the issue. I was able to restart my phone and get it to work the first time, but now, nothing seems to help. Thankfully, someone suggested the Tuya Smart app, which seems to work so far. Do yourself a favor and download Tuya Smart.
