App and Product are terrible. Avoid. Constant issues with the app not working, disconnecting, generally does not work as it should. The litter robot itself is temperamental at best, gets stuck in mid cycle and states there's a cat inside when clearly there's not. Once it gets to this point it will not work again. Seriously terrible product and support.

The litter box works great and I haven't had any issues with the app until recently when it started glitching. Wouldn't open, kept crashing, etc. I didn't have any luck contacting anyone from the company, but just today I was able to go into the app settings (app info) and when you scroll down to storage and click there, you'll be able to clear cache and history and then I was asked to re-login and now it works again. I hope that helps anyone else with issues.

this automatic cat box is very hard to figure out how to get it running. The directions, the app to get it running. everything is confusing. Plus the fact that you have to have very little litter in the machine is very odd. You really just have to figure it out the hard way which is very can confusing and frustrating.. they need to add better instructions clearer, more clear and concise
