this automatic cat box is very hard to figure out how to get it running. The directions, the app to get it running. everything is confusing. Plus the fact that you have to have very little litter in the machine is very odd. You really just have to figure it out the hard way which is very can confusing and frustrating.. they need to add better instructions clearer, more clear and concise

The litter box works great and I haven't had any issues with the app until recently when it started glitching. Wouldn't open, kept crashing, etc. I didn't have any luck contacting anyone from the company, but just today I was able to go into the app settings (app info) and when you scroll down to storage and click there, you'll be able to clear cache and history and then I was asked to re-login and now it works again. I hope that helps anyone else with issues.

Yes crashes but I got it to work. Here's how. To get the app working, after you register an account and get to the screen to add the device. Disable both wi-fi and Bluetooth before selecting add device. Should be able to get to select the litter box. On the next screen enable just Bluetooth. Pair with the litter box. Give it your wifi creds. And it should connect at which point you can re enable wifi. Seems to have worked for me.
