Functionality: The work performer in the eDOM SERVICE application receives applications for work assigned to him by the dispatcher. The contractor confirms to the dispatcher the acceptance of the application. Sees the list of applications assigned to him and the history of work with applications. After completing the work, the contractor transfers the request to the completed state, informing the dispatcher.
The application provides support for managing requests for multiple service objects.
