About this app

EltradePOS turns your Android tablet or phone into a full-featured POS terminal connected to an Eltrade or Datecs fiscal printer.

The system is based on the already existing fiscal device — no separate POS terminal is required. Ideal for cafes, fast food outlets, shops and any commercial establishments.

━━━ MAIN FUNCTIONS ━━━

◆ FISCAL PRINTING
Built-in driver for Eltrade (A1, A3, B1, B3) and Datecs (DP-25X, DP-150X, FP-700X, WP-50X, WP-500X, etc.) fiscal printers. Bluetooth or USB connection. Printing fiscal receipts, invoices, cancellation notes and Z-reports.

◆ OFFLINE MODE
The application works without the Internet. Products, prices and nomenclatures are cached locally. Sales are recorded offline and synchronized automatically when there is a connection.

◆ QUICK SALES
Product grid with cards, search by name and barcode, groups and categories. Scanning barcodes via the camera or external Bluetooth scanner. Discounts by percentage or fixed amount.

◆ PAYMENTS
Cash payment with automatic change calculation. Payment by bank card via myPOS (Glass/Mini) or Datecs BluePad BP-50 (BORICA). Mixed payment - partly in cash and partly by card.

◆ INVOICES
Issuance of fiscal invoices with full customer data - company, UIC, VAT number, address. Automatic filling from VIES by VAT number. Credit notes (invoice cancellation).

◆ CANCELLATION AND DUPLICATIONS
Cancellation of sales with selection of reason. Automatic restoration of stock. Hardware duplicate of the last note.

◆ CASH AVAILABILITY
Official input and output with automatic printing on the fiscal device. X and Z reports. Tracking of all cash movements within the shift.

◆ CLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION
Connection with the Eltrade Cloud cloud platform for managing nomenclatures, reports and analytics. Quick activation via QR code. Automatic synchronization of products, groups, operators and customers.

◆ OPERATOR MANAGEMENT
Choice of a cashier when opening a shift. POS PIN code for quick and secure operator change. Prohibitory flags to restrict access.

◆ MODIFIERS
Groups of modifiers for additional customization of items - size, additives, preparation method. Price adjustments are automatically added to the item.
