The game seems like it would be pretty enjoyable, but there were certainly some decisions made that make it extremely difficult to get into. It sets you on the rails extremely hard. the moment you start pressing a button, it takes all agency away and everything is auto. You have to scramble to stop if you want to digest anything. the text is set to auto at the beginning of every convo, so you rarely have time to actually read. The voice acting is just reading a script, no direction or heart.

Clunky, runs a little slow, no character customization, and very little to actually do. The quest dialog auto progresses to fast to read even if you wanted to, and not very well translated into English. The combat is automatic also, so again, not much to do.

The game doesn't have a lot of effort put into it. Its a nice little game, but there are times it tells you to talk to a character, but if you manually talk to them, they just do basic dialog. Instead, you have to use the auto progression button, and then suddenly the character is able to talk. Upon entering the first dungeon, the game forces you into auto battling. You can immediately turn it off, but it still rubbed me the wrong way.
