I've had outlook for many yrs but after loading it on my new phone it's horrible. Ads delay everything I try to do (I've never had ads before). It does not update timely I've missed important messages. It hides older messages that I need for referral and messages I've deleted keep coming back! Very frustrating. What happened to outlook overnight since I got a new phone? I've had many phones with no problem.

Way too many ads!!!! Not to mention that it takes too much time and trouble to just delete something! What happened to the good old small boxes on the side of the emails where you could click on them all or what ones you don't want and THEN hit "garbage" or "delete" ????? THAT was SO much easier and convenient to get rid of the unwanted email!!!!! This is not as good as the old Hotmail! Thanks for listening !

I installed this app and saw a place in settings that says "remove ads".. i click on it and it wants $4.99 to stop all ads. So I start to back out of the screen and a "coupon" pops up and the price dropped to $1.99 if I buy now. So i paid the money. But the adds keep popping up. It's constant! This app is totally misleading and in my mind is guilty of theft. I have asked for a full refund immediately. I only hope that by posting this I can help others to not get ripped off by this scam.
