In the Mobile application Supplier Portal, Once the PO is created and released from Company’s end the PO will be pushed to the application and will be visible to the supplier.
Firstly, Supplier will acknowledge and then once it's acknowledged once process is end there. Next once the goods are ready with the supplier based on the delivery date supplier will create the Advance shipment notification by selecting single or multiple PO'S and then the notification will be triggered to the Company’s PO creator on the Goods dispatch by the Supplier.
Once the goods received by Company’s the further respective status will be updated in application.
Further on the application dashboard Supplier can view their outstanding balance with Company’s, Last payment received amount and the Last payment received by the date.
The first tab, in application is Order-fulfilment tab where suppliers will carry out multiple steps against PO'S such as Acknowledgement, ASN and viewing PO fact sheet.
The second tab, Action center where suppliers can acknowledge the PO'S directly without visiting the Order-fulfilment.
Under single and Multiple ASN tabs, Supplier can see the ASN'S with all respective statuses and also they can filter for the ASN'S and see the ASN's.
Then under the Payment tab, Suppliers can see the payment received by them from Company’s and also can check specific payments with filter option.
Other features.
1. Suppliers can manage resetting their password.
2. If suppliers exist for multiple Company codes can see the respective company codes details
By switching company codes in the profile and one time one company code data will be displayed.
