To increase max. motor support speed of your Shimano STePS based bike, you need to order an additional bike related licence key!
The latest motor firmware versions are NOT fully supported via Bluetooth!

Markus and the team are wonderful. I sadly do not currently have Bluetooth capabilities on my bike, but this app as well as all of the Windows versions are expertly crafted and work extremely well. The software itself (especially once you've purchased a license) is incredible - there is nothing else like it available anywhere. Thank you eMax Team 👍

I've had the emax tuner for a couple months now. It works great and was fairly straight forward to use. Customer support is great and usually replied within 8 hrs which is great considering the time difference between Emax and myself being on opposite sides of the world. Only thing I would like to mention and this is to people buying the licence key.... Take your time and read the instructions. This will make the initial setup go much smoother. Thanks again for great product and support.

If you have a Shimano Steps system, this app is a must. As far as support for this app, Markus is amazing. He will answer emails mostly any day and any time of day. He will give you detailed instructions on using this app as well as their windows based program, if you have a Shimano PCE02 interface and choose to go that route. I've literally been talking to Markus for weeks, and apparently I haven't annoyed him enough yet for him to stop responding. Great guy, great app!!! 10/10
