Markus and the team are wonderful. I sadly do not currently have Bluetooth capabilities on my bike, but this app as well as all of the Windows versions are expertly crafted and work extremely well. The software itself (especially once you've purchased a license) is incredible - there is nothing else like it available anywhere. Thank you eMax Team 👍

Responses are great put the software interface it's not. it's easier to just use the Shimano e-tube app. They admitted that. you will notice another reviews customers saying when you try and talk to them too much, they get an attitude. I gave them an extra star up to three because of how well they respond. I believe they r really working hard on the product and will at eventually have a better interface than just using the Shimano e-tube app. Watch how they respond to me you'll see attitude

If you think it is fair to treat us this way after we have spent many hours to communicate with you and e.g. explain the differnces between E-Tube-Project and eMax-Tuning, then maybe think twice if you want to be treated the same way if somebody else is trying to help you as best as possible!

Emax is amazing, and the support is second to none. I would not consider using any other software for my Shimano ebikes. I have now used this software on many different bikes, and the result is always perfect. Markus, thank you for providing a perfect solution and answering all of my questions at a moment's notice. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows. UPDATE: I've now done modifications on several Shimano e-bikes and long-term results have been perfect.
