About this app

Timbralofacil® Infinito is the scaled-down version of its larger sibling, Timbralofacil® Multiuser. It connects to your main Single-User license to create a networked environment using your existing LAN or WAN infrastructure, designed for micro and small businesses that need to connect a maximum of 2 or 3 devices.

This application is an operational extension of the "Professional" and "Commercial" Single-User versions you have purchased from us and allows you to perform the following operations:

Sales: Store your quotes and invoices quickly and easily. It also provides real-time information on product stock levels, as well as technical and illustrative specifications.

If you own a food service business, take customer orders using "Orders" and utilize the Preparation Monitor, designed to track customer orders and measure staff performance.

Purchasing – Create purchase orders for your suppliers using our algorithms to replenish your merchandise based on maximum and minimum stock levels. Receive merchandise from your suppliers manually or using the electronic invoice XML file. Return defective items to your suppliers. Review and adjust your warehouse inventory.

Accounts Receivable – View outstanding invoices (customers). Send your collection agents to generate payment receipts and recover overdue balances (users).

Accounts Payable – View outstanding CFDI invoices from your suppliers and record your payments.

Inquiries – Review sales, purchases, accounts receivable, and accounts payable in general and detailed view. Cancel, share, and print your documents.

Statistics - Stay informed in real time about your business performance and understand your company's profitability. Analyze detailed statistics such as: Payment Methods, Sales per Salesperson, Products Sold, Delinquent Customers, Accounts Payable, Fast/Slow Turnover Products, Inventory, Expenses, and Cash Flow.

As this is a reduced version of our multi-user division, we are listing only some features that are NOT available in the Infinito version:
