If you need to cut threads on a lathe and are unsure of what change gears and quick-change settings to use, then this app is for you.
Pocket Lathe Gears calculates change gear and quick-change gearbox settings for any particular thread you wish to cut on a lathe.
It will also allow you to work out what gear you need, to be able to cut a particular thread i.e it can find the gear that you are missing.
Works with both metric and imperial lathes.
Compatible with ARMv7 devices running KitKat (Android 4.4), Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.x, 4.2.x, 4.3.x), Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0.3 and 4.0.4) and Gingerbread (Android 2.3.3 – 2.3.7, API Level 10).
