The meet316 app and the underlying administrative system are designed to handle conferences with seminars, networks, community gatherings, etc. It gives participants a good overview of their own schedule, where the sessions take place, who participates, documents offered, evaluation, m.m.
The app has now been expanded to help congregations with congregation meetings. You can register your own family, reserve a place in the event, reserve a place for friends who do not have the app, and "check in" even at the entrance to the event. All data is stored safely and securely in a cloud-based server solution.
Note: The app is free for users and congregations, but organizations / denominations must pay for operation. When you install the app, you will get a "demo event" that shows the properties.
