About this app

The documents that run your life all expire on their own schedule, and they never warn you. Passports, driver licenses, vehicle registrations, insurance policies, warranties, memberships, professional certifications. Ember DocManager keeps them in one calm place and tells you what is expired, what is coming up, and how long you have, so a renewal never sneaks up on you again.

Add each document with its expiry date, and set how far ahead you want to be reminded, from a week to ninety days. Snap a photo of the document or attach a scan or PDF so the actual paper is right there when you need it. When someone needs a copy, export or email it straight from the app. Sort everything by what needs attention first, and see expired, expiring soon, and valid at a single glance.

Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded to a server. Your documents, their numbers, and their photos never leave your phone. An optional PIN lock keeps them private on a shared device.
