Ratings and reviews

Glitchiest app I've ever installed! As far as I know, without the app the mug doesn't work! At first it paired after several attempts, and then it wasn't reliable. It would display the beverage was ready when it wasn't even luke warm. Repeatedly, even after uninstalling, resetting, etc. Within three days, the Bluetooth wouldn't even pair! Grrrrr! I returned the Ember mug.

Do NOT buy this mug. It does not stay connected to bluetooth and you have to factory reset it every morning to repair it. Support does nothing and they haven't pushed a single update to fix the issue despite the amount of 1 star reviews saying exactly the same thing. They also will not refund or exchange without the customer paying to return the item.

Same problems everyone else has with connectivity and one more. The handle is a little to sharpish on the edges. Would t matter but the cup is heavy. My suggestion would be to round the edges more like most coffee cups. Now going back to repairing. Works well when it's connected but a real pain to have to reconnect it.
