I'm having a ton of issues staying connected to this mug. I can't tell if it's the app or the Bluetooth receiver in the mug itself, but it seems to have problems reconnecting after it gets disconnected for any reason (like leaving home). That means every morning, I have to do some combination of clearing the app cache, forgetting the mug in the phone Bluetooth settings, and re-pairing the mug through the app. It's very frustrating! When it works, it's great, but there's literally daily issues.

If you have an Android phone, this app is going to give you issues. As long as the app opens, and connects to your mug, it's a wonderful experience. It doesn't always connect to your mug, so you might have to restart your phone or close and reopen the app 20 times. And lately, it might not even open all together. I've sent two emails to customer support and have yet to get help. Super fun!

The app won't work even though I have proper specs. Keep getting error message that says the developer needs to update and fix a bug within the app. Bummed because I wanted to use it with the app instead of without. The idea is great just needs real-time software maintenance and upgrades. Was surprised by the 3/5 overall rating given the number of years this product has been on the market. The mug itself takes 3+ hrs to charge out of the box. At least hoped the app would be decent.
