EmberZone Operations is a work tracking app for teams that want requests, quotes, and reference services in one place on a single device. Records stay in a local SQLite database. There is no INTERNET permission in the manifest.
First launch may insert sample services, team members, work items, and quotes so the Pulse screen is populated. Replace or delete that data as you set up your desk.
Pulse (home)
- View open request count, items due today, and completion rate derived from saved work items
- See a seven-day workload heat grid and a list of items flagged for SLA follow-up
- Open a listed item to edit its work record
- Switch a velocity chart between 7, 30, and 90 days of completed work counts
Work
- Add, edit, or delete work requests with priority and status filters
- Track assignee, due date, progress, and notes fields you enter
Services
- Search and filter the catalog of predefined services and open detail pages
Quotes
- Build client quotes, attach services, and move through draft, sent, approved, or declined states
Company
- About, Mission, We, Where, Team, Business Timeline, and Contact sections
- Contact: call, email, or map intents plus copy buttons; optional contact form entries are saved to a local outbox list (not sent automatically by the app)
Capacity & SLA Forecast (Toolkit)
- Enter team size, hours, open workload, and SLA targets to view utilization and capacity estimates
- Save runs to history and delete individual calculations
- Disclaimer in app: estimates depend on your inputs
Organize work requests, quotes, and capacity notes in a local ops desk.
