This app and the system in general are awful. It kept saying please place my face in the frame, even though my face was in the correct location.

I don't understand this app it tells me to go back to the website that recommended this app and scan the qr code and I went back there and there was no qr code and now I don't even remember what site it was so I would like to try this site to see what it is all about but it won't let me get into it

The verify tab doesn't show anything. I still have to use my mobile number from the web pages and the app doesn't help in connecting... I don't understand
