I don't understand this app it tells me to go back to the website that recommended this app and scan the qr code and I went back there and there was no qr code and now I don't even remember what site it was so I would like to try this site to see what it is all about but it won't let me get into it

No response creating account via app or website. I get "error sending code " to my UK phone, is this a temporary problem? The website verified me via webcam but not every time.
