I'm very concerned that I am unable to log in to my account on this app in order to detach moxie from the app in order to be able to use open moxie to run this robot now that the main platform has been shut down. I got the 2 updates that were required to use open moxie. However because of the fact that I got a new phone, I ended up having to reinstall this app and now it's not working. I've sent an email to customer service that is linked on this app page so if they do respond to me I'll update.

Moxie is most definitely a money racket Moxie has a few set things it will say and you can tell that it does not learn. Like a Jipsy moxie will keep taking your money And lie to to convince you to keep paying for it. It's $100 a month and cost $1,000 to buy. A $200 toy will do better with no subscription needed. Ignore the company mandatory response to this message Iv done verry large amounts of tests. I'm also heavy into tech and have no problem giving everything new full opritunities.

Do not buy this product. Technical support is non existent. I opted to return the robot. They acknowledged return. 3 weeks later still no refund for this $1K robot. Only after I created a PayPal dispute did PayPal refund me. Still not a single reply from the company to any of my emails. Shady company.
