Update : Very good application. Very good points System. they even transferred my points correctly from the previous application. even staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. Excellent improvement. Previous rating 1-star : Application it's not working since such a long long time now. It is showing that minimum order is 1.800 but at the same time in the same screen it is showing the invoice amount more than 1.800.

Only downloaded it for the 20% off. But deleted as soon as I noticed there's a "service" fee in the checkout.... really Chicket?! Service fee within YOUR OWN application?? Why have an application if you're not going to make it easier for your customers? Talabat did the service fee thing and it lost so many people. Stop these nonsense fees.

This restaurant is a nightmare. Orders are always wrong or missing items, and drinks are watered down. Your points from orders are meaningless as you're more likely to get the wrong food anyway. When I called to complain, instead of correcting the order, they pleaded with me to accept the messed-up food and promised future accuracy. What kind of business operates like this?
