The Patient App connects you directly to your municipality's health services, facilitating access to your medical history recorded in the e-SUS PEC system.

No more wondering about the date of your next appointment, which vaccines are pending, or prescribed medications. With a simple and secure interface, you have your Health Unit's information at your fingertips.

**Main Features:**

💉 **Digital Vaccination Card**
View all vaccines administered, including date, manufacturer, batch, and the health unit where it was given. Keep track of whether your vaccination schedule is up to date.

💊 **Medication Management**
Consult the history of medications dispensed at the health center pharmacy, including dosage (how to take) and the duration of treatment prescribed by the doctor.

🗓️ **Appointments and History**
See the details of your upcoming scheduled appointments (date, time, and professional). Also access the history of previous appointments made in the municipal network.

📢 **Campaigns and Alerts**
Receive important notifications about vaccination campaigns, health drives, and official announcements from the Health Department directly on your cell phone.

📱 **Registration Update**
Keep your phone number updated directly through the app, and it will be automatically updated in e-SUS, ensuring that the health team can contact you when necessary.

**How ​​does it work?**
The application accesses the data registered in the municipality's electronic medical record. To access, simply use your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and the password registered at your health unit.

**Security and Privacy**
Your data is protected and transferred with secure encryption, guaranteeing total confidentiality of your health information.
