* Clock in and out securely via your mobile device, fingerprint verification, facial recognition or system generated user IDs with OTP verification.
* Manage Shifts, Duty Days, Leave Days, Overtime Hours, Shift break hours, Remuneration, grouping of users by Departments, units and other categories.
* Enable "At-Post Checks" (regular checks to ensure that users/staffs are at post throughout the duration of their shift).
* Track field activities with photo and location evidence.
* Generate daily, weekly and monthly (individual and collective) attendance report for any period with charts.
* View personal attendance history on your mobile device anytime anywhere.
* Perform Audit Trail (Track activities of users on the system).
* Save generated reports as PDF and share them.
* Assign private/personal work station to any users, specifying Central clocking point and maximum clocking distance.
* Register branches of your organization specifying their Central Clocking Points and maximum clocking distance, within which users must be, to clock in or out.
* Manage departments and units in each branch, setting their Central Clocking Point and maximum clocking distance (different from branch) for departments and units located far from main office, allowing convenience.
* Generate Basic salary report based on attendance, viewable week by week.
* Grant or Deny users access to none, some or all features of the system.
* Update employee schedule as and when it changes.
* Manage assets, monitor transfers from one user to the other and view usage history.
* Call, text and email users directly from the app.
