Trying to create an account keeps showing an error that the phone already registered. I tried to contact the customer service, but they didn't resolve the issue. Did the contact again app crash

Very bad & disappointed Several times over the last 6 months the payment page not open and gives white screen with no data !!!! This is the most important option in the app!!

I renewed the membership before March and the reward points are not reflected in the application. The chat is terrible, I can't reach to anyone it's all auto response and doesn't give the right responses to the replies I give.
