The app used to work on my Samsung J7 Pro (Android 9), but after the latest update it crashes instantly on launch. I tried clearing data, reinstalling, and restarting, with no result. It still works fine on Android 11, which means the update no longer supports Android 9, even though the Play Store page says it works from Android 5 upwards. Please fix this or update the minimum supported version.

The worst technical support ever Most of the time the app doesn't work , I rarely find it working.

Everyone too is complaining that the app is not launching and it seems that you could not care less to fix it! So unreliable.
