Dear developers, after the update on 10-2-2026 the application crashed and not opening, when I'm trying to open the app it's suddenly closed without any error message or any response, on mobile samsung galaxy note 8 android ver. 9 , UI 1.0

The app used to work on my Samsung J7 Pro (Android 9), but after the latest update it crashes instantly on launch. I tried clearing data, reinstalling, and restarting, with no result. It still works fine on Android 11, which means the update no longer supports Android 9, even though the Play Store page says it works from Android 5 upwards. Please fix this or update the minimum supported version.

the font is too small , colors are faded , i cant see any word , dark mode is not supported, alphabetical aim of any app are ease of access , and friendly user interface , no options , how am I supposed to use?
