The application was good but lately I can't use it to pay the housing instalment, alwas gives me this message ( you have no due amount), I contacted the customer service many times about this issues but to no solution

Tha application was working good, but after updating device I cannot install it after many trials (intall/uninstall) and found "the application is hooked" , contact call center but still the problem as is, how can install? it please help me

app was working normally but after latest update it crashes saying "app is hooked " , tried to uninstall /reinstall again but still the same issue , how to fix !
