I’m really surprised and don’t understand how an electronic wallet doesn’t show who sent you the money. Is that logical? The simplest feature in any wallet is to know the number that transferred the amount to you, but this wallet doesn’t even have that basic service. I’ve complained to customer service several times with no response.

The application was good but lately I can't use it to pay the housing instalment, alwas gives me this message ( you have no due amount), I contacted the customer service many times about this issues but to no solution

Tha application was working good, but after updating device I cannot install it after many trials (intall/uninstall) and found "the application is hooked" , contact call center but still the problem as is, how can install? it please help me
