No "Sign Up" button. No way to create an account. Absolutely useless unless you've already made an account elsewhere. To add insult to injury, the instructions they give you in your welcome packet tell you to download this app and use it to sign up, and show a screenshot of it with a "sign up" button. That must've been an earlier version of the app. It doesn't have a way to sign up now. Edit: the sign up button is hidden. Try to scroll up on the login page if you don't see it.

it started out great; but for weeks, I am unable to access anything related to my home network. it just keeps giving me a delay error.

Every time I try to set a time restriction for certain devices it immediately disconnects the devices from the internet. It doesn't matter what time I set it for it just pauses the Internet access.
