Freight Flow – Freight Management, Document Scanner, eBOL and Invoicing

Freight Flow is a transportation management app for truck drivers, owner-operators, independent carriers, dispatchers, and trucking companies.

Manage freight shipments, scan shipping documents, organize pickup and delivery details, capture electronic signatures, generate shipment records, and create invoices from your Android device.

FREIGHT SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT

Create and manage freight shipments using two options:

Create Manually – Enter shipment information using an editable form.

Scan Documents – Import shipping paperwork and use OCR technology to recognize information and help complete shipment fields.

Save drafts when information is missing. Update records as additional details become available.

Track upcoming, in-transit, and delivered shipments.

DOCUMENT SCANNING AND OCR

Freight Flow uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to reduce repetitive data entry.

Scan or import:

• Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Freight rate confirmations
• Purchase orders (PO)
• Pickup and delivery documents
• Appointment confirmations
• Shipping instructions
• PDF files and document images

The app identifies available company names, addresses, phone numbers, reference numbers, appointments, and freight details.

Review and correct recognized information before saving.

Organize transportation details, including:

Location recording can be enabled or disabled in Settings.

Documents may include carrier details, shipper and receiver information, appointments, reference numbers, freight descriptions, charges, signatures, and delivery records.

The two-column PDF layout saves space and excludes unnecessary empty fields.

View and share shipment documents from the app.

Freight Flow operates primarily on your device.

Shipment records, signatures, attachments, and invoices are stored locally rather than automatically uploaded to a Freight Flow cloud account.

Export and restore supported shipment and invoice data using backup features.
