This app sucks so bad registering that my use hadn't progressed past that point. Why? Because afte entering your name, the second question is birthdate, but it forces you do to scroll back from today's date on month at a time. One month! For someone my age, I have to hit the scroll back button 720+ times. I tried a couple times, but if you accidently hit outside the little calendar window, it closes and you have to start over. After hundreds and hundreds of clicks, I was not able to register.

The app does not work. The only thing I can do on the app is view my ID number.. I cannot search for doctors in my network because my logo on the card does not appear on the ones provided on the app. I also cannot view my plan and what it covers, because it does not open the file when clicked on.

Pretty much an app to access your policy numbers, nothing else. Can't access basic info about coverage or policy information. Provider search is about as useful as a kick in the teeth. Don't bother with it. Writing your info down in notepad and saving it to a floppy disk is more useful.
