The EMI Health application allows individuals who are covered by an EMI Health Plan to locate participating medical, dental, and vision providers. Members may also sign in to view their benefit card, plan details, and explanation of benefits (EOB's).

This app is so annoying, useless, and hard to navigate. It won't allow you to create a new account because you can't scroll through it!! I hope google opens the possibility to give "0" stars!!!

This app sucks so bad registering that my use hadn't progressed past that point. Why? Because afte entering your name, the second question is birthdate, but it forces you do to scroll back from today's date on month at a time. One month! For someone my age, I have to hit the scroll back button 720+ times. I tried a couple times, but if you accidently hit outside the little calendar window, it closes and you have to start over. After hundreds and hundreds of clicks, I was not able to register.

The App never works, like it doesn't even open. Every time I try to open it, no matter the day, it never opens, it shuts right back down. The one time it did open, it wouldn't let me see my insurance cards. Also every dental office I try says they accept the insurance, then the day of the appointment they don't accept this insurance. Very Frustrating.. Would not recommend this company.
