Mine meditationer er skabt til dig og dine, med et ønske om, at støtte til mere ro og nærvær.

Du kan ikke bruge meditationerne på en forkert måde, men jeg har nogle anbefalinger, som du kan lade dig inspirere af. Under hver meditation står der beskrevet hvilken målgruppe meditationen er tiltænkt. Dette er dog kun en anvisning.


Når du skal bruge en meditation til dig selv:

Se om det er muligt at skabe ro omkring dig. Meditationerne downloades inde i appen, så du kan sætte din device på ’’fly’’/ ’’forstyr ikke’’ mm.

En måde du kan ’’skærme af’’ er at bruge høretelefoner.

En sovemaske og en dyne/et tæppe kan være dejligt når der skal hviles.

Tjugga, Sally og babymeditationerne kan sagtens høres af voksne – alle kan vi have brug for at skabe forbindelse med det indre barn.


Når du skal bruge en meditation til dit barn:

Undgå at have forventninger til barnets reaktion på meditationerne.

Nogen børn finder roen ved lydene hurtigt, andre har brug for at høre det flere gange.

Hvis auditiv stimuli ikke er et match for dit barn, kan jeg anbefale mine bøger med Natbjørnen Tjugga, hvis dit barn har det bedre med et visuelt univers.

Du kan bruge ’’babymeditationerne’’ uden speak hvis dit barn føler mest for meditationer uden fortællerstemme.

Gå ned i tempo inden sengetid/ hviletid. Forsøg med din krop og stemmeføring at udstråle, at I alle træder ind i ’’putte/hvile’’ zone… også selvom dit barn kravler på væggene/ er overstimuleret oven på en dag med mange indtryk. Du viser vejen med din energi. Klap dig selv på skulderen mor/far, du gør det så godt og jeg ved om nogen hvor udmattende det kan være. Det var en af grundene til at jeg skabte Tjugga, jeg var en udbrændt mor der havde brug for støtte til putningen.

Du kan ikke afspille en meditation for mange gange. Du giver ikke dit barn dårlige vaner ved at tilbyde tryghed og genkendelighed. Dit barn har behov for det velkendte og trygge. Tryghed giver ro.

Jeg har selv sat meditationerne på repeat om natten når der har været uro, sygdom, tandfrembrud mm.

Anbefal babysitter/bedsteforælder/ andre der passer dit barn, at downloade app’en, så har dit barn altid det trygge og velkendte med sig.

You can't use the meditations in the wrong way, but I have some recommendations that you can be inspired by. During each meditation it is described which target group the meditation is intended for. However, this is only a guide.


When you need a meditation for yourself:

See if it is possible to create peace around you. The meditations are downloaded inside the app so that you can put your device on '' fly '' / 'do not disturb' 'mm.

One way you can "screen off" is to use headphones.

A sleeping mask and a duvet / blanket can be nice when resting.

Twenty-one, Sally and the baby meditations can easily be heard by adults - we can all need to connect with the inner child.


When you need a meditation for your child:

Avoid having expectations of the child's reaction to the meditations.

Some children find the calm of the sounds fast, others need to hear it several times.

 If auditory stimuli are not a match for your child, I can recommend my books with the Night Bear Twenty, if your child is better off with a visual universe.

You can use the "baby meditations" without speaking if your child feels mostly for meditations without narration.

Go down to pace before bedtime / rest time. Try your body and voice to radiate that you all enter the "put / rest" zone ... even if your child crawls on the walls / is over-stimulated on a day of many impressions. You show the way with your energy. Fold yourself on the mother / father's shoulder, you do it as well and I know of someone how exhausting it can be. It was one of the reasons I created Tjugga, I was a burnt out mother who needed support for the pillow.

You can't play a meditation too many times. You do not give your child bad habits by offering security and recognisability. Your child needs the familiar and safe. Security provides peace.

I myself have put the meditations on repeat at night when there has been turmoil, illness, toothbrush etc.

Recommend babysitter / grandparents / others who fit your child, to download the app, then your child always has the safe and familiar with them.
