This app is not user friendly. I placed some orders on the 10th and 14th of December last year.Of these, 4 products that I have not yet received are showing cancellation.But my money did not return to me. I called customer care but didn't get the first line. But the contact was last February.And they say product will be delivered in ten days. But twenty days have passed and there is still no news. When I call customer care, it says switch off.
