It's a shame we can't give zero-star ratings. Worst app ever. Riddled with bugs. Stops working constantly.

It seems the verification seems to be a problem after reading reviews and googling because I have received nothing despite trying for over a day. It worked for some people but not everyone. Spoken to customer care after a long wait and told it would be fixes before end of Friday. It's Saturday morning yet still can't get any verification codes.

Hope this helps people who are having trouble getting Verification Code: I had this issue which I assumed the app can't send verification code. My work who ordered the gift cards contacted their sales and resolved this issue, which turned out my gift card wasn't set up properly. Upon fixing the gift card account, I was able to receive v. codes and create an account. 3 stars on the app side as there isn't an error message to communicate what might have gone wrong.
