This app works with both, BLE thermometers, blood pressure, glucometers, weight scales and oxygen SpO2 gadgets, as well as to register manual inputed data.

This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

App to be used by LTCS staff and Patients to capture readings from external BLE gadgets or devices.

This app can also upload manually input vital signs data, obtained from conventional devices.

Sign in is performed on PointClickCare® authentication portal and after success data is handled in the app.

Users must already have an active account with the health provider PointClickCare@ to sign in and use this app.

This App is to be used only in the USA and Canada, if used out of these regions connection will be rejected, by IP and location.
