App is unreliable, refuses to operate with a VPN. Currently will not refresh and allow users to pull up tickets for admission

App will not let you log out and will not pull up tickets. States that it was just updated Mar 20th. Worked on Wed but not today.

Unable to upload tickets Have had difficulty all year. Would not waste time or money dealing with it if you haven't
