Ratings and reviews

The app is useful for some stuff. But to be honest, it would be even more useful it could function as a digital prepaid card as well (I.e. provide a generated unique card number and CVV code to be used online). For now, Samsung/Google Pay already do what Empay does. Food delivery is unnecessary and limited in variety. And paying for bills is also easy to do through official gateways anyway. Overall a good concept but not unique.

Trying it for the first time. Every thing seems to be working fine except when I ordered food. It took forever before it was processed and no one knows if it will ever be delivered. No option to cancel. Tracking is not even in sync. The customer service advised he would check and get back but it never happened. Such a bad experience! So disappointing!

One of the worst customer service i have ever encountered. I tried to register and entered all the details. After creating the PIN it said there is some error and contact support tean to resolve. Even after numerous calls, messages, mails they have only responded twice and that too with no solution. Just a response that we will look into this and have escalated it. Its been more than a month and they cannot resolve the issue.If this is the srvice during registration,i doubt they would care later
