The app is terrible. The service was good, but after a year or so the connection became slow and selective with devices. For example, Netflix will stream, but cell phone will connect without internet access. The connection has been intermittently dropping lately. I usually have to disconnect my phone from wifi to get web pages to load.

internet service is great! (worst app ever, great home internet service and price)This app is awful, it fails every month. only fix is to Uninstaller and reinstall to pay bills every month, very annoying.

It's been months & still, I can't pay my bill in the app. Failed to load payment data. Failed request because the app doesn't have my payment info from website, nor can I add it! App is worthless if I can't pay my bill. I've noted this 3 times to customer service in last 3 months.
