EmpiricHub is the mobile field-technician app for companies running their
service operations on the EmpiricHub platform. It is built for technicians
dispatched to service tickets — fire, security, and other commercial
field-service work — who need fast, reliable tools in the field rather than
a desk-bound web dashboard.

• See your assigned tickets and today's schedule at a glance
• Stamp arrival and departure times with GPS so your hours and travel are
accurate
• Attach photos of equipment and completed work directly to a ticket
• Dictate field notes hands-free — your voice is transcribed to text on the
spot
• Scan part barcodes to record materials used on a job
• Stay in sync with dispatch in real time, without calling the office to ask
what is next

BUILT FOR FIELD WORK

Your schedule and ticket details stay readable on a phone screen in a
truck or on a roof. Location is captured only when you tap a job action —
never continuously and never in the background.

WHO IT IS FOR

EmpiricHub is provided to technicians by their employer. Access is by invitation only through your company's dispatch or operations team — there
is no public sign-up. If your company uses EmpiricHub, your dispatcher will
send you an invite with your sign-in details.
