Emplo is your company's attendance, leave, and payroll app — everything an employee needs to check in, request time off, and see their payslip, in one place.

Your company sets up your Emplo account for you (no self-signup) — just sign in with the email and password your admin gives you and you're ready to go.

KEY FEATURES

Attendance, Your Way
Check in and out manually from wherever you're working — the app records the time and, for remote or field check-ins, your location at that moment (never tracked in the background, only when you actively tap check-in). If your company has enabled it, you can also check in with a quick face scan instead.

Swipe Details
See your full check-in/check-out history at a glance, with date filters so you can quickly find any day's record.

Monthly Attendance Summary
A clear monthly view of your working days, half-days, and any shortfalls — no more waiting for payroll day to find out where you stand.

Leave Management
Apply for leave, track your balance by leave type, and see the status of past requests — all without a single paper form or WhatsApp message to HR.

Payslips
View and download your salary slips as soon as they're generated, with a clean breakdown of earnings, deductions, and attendance-based adjustments.

Company Notices
See announcements from your company's admin — holidays, policy updates, or reminders — right on your home screen.

PRIVACY, BY DESIGN
Location is only ever captured at the exact moment you tap "check in" from this app — never in the background, never continuously. If your company enables face check-in, no photo is ever stored: your face is converted on-device into a mathematical representation that can't be reversed back into an image, and that's the only thing saved. Your data is only ever visible to you and your own company's admins — never to any other company, enforced at the database level, not just by a promise.

Emplo requires an active company account, set up by your employer. It is not a general consumer app — sign-in is provided by your organization.
