To begin with, I didn't have much trouble with the app. I didn't bother to try and watch videos because it would crash, but whatever. As a shift lead, I can no longer access the tech/quality chats, the stats like quality, warm welcome, etc. My profile says I'm a manager, but the rest of the app would suggest I'm a baker based on the things I can't do.

If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. This app keeps crashing anytime I have to use it. I can't get past having to press the first button to do my deliveries without it crashing. I even bought a new Google Pixel phone and it still has issues. On my old phone it used to crash the whole phone. This app also drained all of my data on the first day after it was renewed by my phone service. This app definitely needs more work, if I quite my job, it would be because of this app.

While trying to complete my video training the app has crashed multiple times, doesn't load everything, and it let me watch every video besides the station trainings, which I feel are pretty important for a new employee! Very frustrating. But on a positive note, I am still very excited to start working for Crumbl!
