About this app

Through years of providing guidance to leaders and employees in various work environments, the HR professionals at EEZ agreed that all employees deserved the same guidance and support.  With this in mind, the EEZ mobile app was born.

All EEZ app features are designed to help employees effectively address workplace challenges and career decisions.

**Guidance Hub**

The Guidance Hub contains pre-designed scenarios that employees typically encounter in the workplace.  These encounters include performance conversations, compensation, manager bias, peer interactions and many more.  These scenarios include built-in guidance from experienced HR professionals regarding effectively addressing each situation.

**Workplace Journal**

One of the most important parts of navigating workplace challenges is the employee’s ability to document their interactions and experiences.  The Workplace Journal provides an in-app resource that allows you to document workplace interactions with details and by date.  This will allow you to maintain a history of your experiences for any future needs to escalate to internal or external resources.

**Communication Toolkit**

The communication toolkit contains a collection of templates to help employees draft a communication for matters typically encountered at work. Each template is designed with different tones to convey a message that aligns with their workplace experience.

**EEZ AI-powered Assistant**

Use the EEZ AI-powered Assistant to get feedback on all employee-related questions and matters.  This includes getting feedback on workplace challenges not shown in the Guidance Hub.

**Job Search Help**

Finding a new job can be a long process.  Job candidates can shorten their job search with the right information and resources.  Use this section to get current tips on building your resume; preparing for interviews; and designing your LinkedIn profile.  Additionally, use the job search tracker to keep track of your job applications and status.

**Policy & Rights Library**

The policy and rights library section provides information about the different U.S. employment laws and practices with a “plain language explanation” and tips for each. The employment laws are shared based on the federal employment laws as well as the individual state employment laws.

**Communicate with EEZ HR Professional**

At any point you can request to communicate with an experienced HR professional to get real-time feedback for your workplace matter.
