Love my charger. App is fine. The UX feels dated and general just a bit clunky in a way. Maybe it's meant for people that have more investment in the power management of their house but with just the level 2 charger the information that I might want just isn't immediately available to me. The app is not yet compatible with the Themed Icons android system setting.

I'm gonna agree with others. The app sucks, but I only used it to setup the device, then pulled the device into Home Assistant. Home Assistant does a WAY better job. I'm debating flashing the device to the "local" ESP:Home firmware still, but wanted to at least make sure it works.

Having moved over from an old ev charger, this app seems to be missing some essentials. I can not direct the charge to charge a certain capacity or kilowatt hour of the battery. Setting up a schedule seems too envolved then just setting a countdown- stop after x kilowatt hours. This seems like a bit of a nuisance come back to the app and stop the charger manually
