About this app

Derle turns your Android phone or tablet into an on-device development workstation. Write code, manage projects, run terminal commands, build supported projects and export your work without relying on a desktop computer.

Core editing, terminal and supported build processes run directly on your device. Internet access is required for downloading components and using online services such as Git hosting, SSH and AI providers.

BUILD APPS AND GAMES

Derle combines a code editor, Linux terminal, Git tools, SDK management, Godot game development and an integrated AI coding assistant in one app.

ON-DEVICE DEVELOPMENT

LINUX TERMINAL

• View logs and visual diffs
• Store HTTPS access tokens locally using encrypted storage

SDK AND COMPONENT MANAGER

Install, update or remove development components when needed, including:

• Godot Engine

The component manager displays download progress, installed versions and storage usage.

AI CODING ASSISTANT

The integrated assistant can work with project context, search and edit files, explain code, and run approved commands.

Use Derle AI with plan-based limits, or connect supported providers using your own API key. Connections include OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, MiniMax and compatible OpenAI-style endpoints. Availability and usage terms may vary by provider.

REMOTE DEVELOPMENT

Connect to remote systems over SSH and use the editor, file manager and terminal with your remote projects. Connections can be saved for later use.

TWO INTERFACE MODES

User mode provides simpler language, guided project creation and helpful explanations.

Engineering mode provides additional versions and advanced development options.

You can switch modes at any time from Settings.

Derle is designed for phones, tablets and foldable devices, with responsive layouts and complete light and dark themes.
