Shadow City: Secret Ops is a tactical strategy game where every decision shapes the future of a city under pressure.

Take control as a secret operations commander and manage a city filled with hidden threats, unstable districts, rumors, suspicious signals, and unexpected incidents. Each operation lasts 7 days, and your mission is simple: keep the city stable before the situation gets out of control.

Choose the right team for each incident. Send field agents, detectives, hackers, analysts, or negotiators depending on the mission brief. Every choice affects security, stealth, budget, public trust, threat level, and overall city stability.

Explore different districts such as the harbor, financial core, old district, university zone, industrial ring, and metro network. Each area has its own risk level and unique incidents. Some situations require direct action, while others need careful analysis or negotiation.
