About this app

EMSy Events is the healthcare operations platform dedicated to professionals
(doctors, nurses, first responders, volunteers) involved in the
medical management of sporting events: ultra-trails, road races, cycling races
and similar events.

⚠️ The app is reserved exclusively for authorized healthcare professionals.

Access requires registration and approval by the platform administrators.

MAIN FEATURES

DIGITAL MEDICAL RECORD
Record medical interventions in the field with a module structured into three levels
of detail (TIER 1/2/3). Track vital signs, injuries, pathologies,
treatments, and medications administered with international ATC codes.
The Schwellnus classification (I-IV) supports the assessment of the severity of the clinical encounter.

INTERVENTION GEOLOCATION
Automatically geolocalize each intervention in the field to ensure
medico-legal traceability and facilitate emergency coordination.

REAL-TIME OPERATIONAL MAP
View the position of healthcare personnel and emergency vehicles
on the event map. Monitor operational bases and active medical points.

SHIFT AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT
Shift clocking in with GPS verification. Each check-in and check-out is
geolocalized and recorded for operational coordination of the event.

EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS AND PROTOCOLS
Send emergency notifications to the entire team with a tap. Activate protocols
to suspend the event in the event of critical situations, with instant broadcast
to all connected operators.

NFC — RAPID IDENTIFICATION
Scan NFC badges and bracelets to instantly identify
participants and access their data without manually typing.

EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST
Check medical equipment before each session with checklists
configurable by station type (medical backpack, AED, ambulance).

PROTECTED ACCESS TO SENSITIVE DATA
Participant medical history data (allergies, pathologies, medications) are
protected by the Break-the-Glass mechanism: accessible only with documented
clinical justification, each access generates an immutable log.

OFFLINE FIRST
The app works even without a connection. Data is automatically synchronized
when the network is restored, without losing any information.
