I rarely write app reviews (as in never) but as a new Madrid resident, I can confidently say this app one is the only bad thing I have to say about the city. It's horrible. Rarely works, constantly crashes, sometimes does not register you returning bikes. It's a nightmare. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Works as it should. First day issues were fixed by logging out, logging back in. Even called the help desk, in English, and they were helpful as much as possible. This bike sharing platform is managed by the city. You know it's good if locals are using it PRO TIP: keep your trips under 1hr. Over 1hr-3€. 59minutes- 1€. Every 30 min- 0.5€. Good deal.

Horrible app. I've tried a million times to register but they won't send the code to my phone number. I tried with my partner's phone number since he's Spanish and I wondered if my American number was causing an issue. NOPE. They wouldn't even send the code to his number either. My tip to anyone in Madrid, find other methods of travel because this bike app is guaranteed not to work. Don't bother wasting your time like I did.
