I am using a DSC dongle for eSigning. It works very well. But the app has a shortcoming. It requires the document for digital signature to be opened only using adobe acrobat. Not correct. Should be possible to eSign .pdf document opened by any other app of user's choice. Should also allow the user to change the FONTS to be used & layout of the e-signature block [not the details]. It did not allow me to submit the review without rating the app for phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I don't use on phone

One of the worst service i ever seen in my life. No proper customer care. I had to sign the document to accept the job offer. They configured this for esign and i couldn't able to create account in this one and sign the offer in time. The offer got expired and I lost my dream job because of this software. I don't understand how come some organisations buy and use this one for esign

Worst app. Will give negative stars - After entering OTP it will fail to esign - "some error happened. Try later" - only by midnight or midnoon it works. When asked the emudra team is advising me to use web version which less flexibility - one cannot customise place of sign - OTP gets delayed like anything - emudra keeps justifying that no OTP issues despite sending screenshot proofs - they blame it on the mobile network - can anyone suggest a better vendor for digital signature?
