Emulsion Cam is an analog film camera for your phone. Shoot with real film simulations in a live viewfinder, tune the look shot by shot, and edit older photos in the Darkroom with the same vintage film filters.

Every film profile is built in the Emulsion Lab from digitised film datasheets — spectral sensitivity, characteristic curves and dye spectra — not a colour filter guessed by eye. That is why the grain, the colour and the highlight roll-off behave like real 35mm film.

DIAL IN FILM EFFECTS, SHOT BY SHOT
When the base film is not quite enough, take control before you press the shutter: white balance, grain, halation, contrast, saturation and vignette.

THE DARKROOM PHOTO EDITOR
Import photos you already have and give them the film look after the fact — the same films, the same effects.
• Light: exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, blacks, tone curve
• Colour: warmth, tint, vibrance, saturation, colour mix
• FX: clarity, texture, dehaze, vignette, grain, halation
• Crop, straighten and rotate
• Hold to compare with the original, undo/redo, live histogram

IMPORT YOUR OWN LUT
Chasing an exact look? Import your own .cube LUT and it becomes a film in the picker, with its own name and canister colour — usable in the live viewfinder and in the editor, exactly like a built-in film.

FILM VIDEO
Record video through the same film pipeline. The look is baked into the clip as you shoot, not added later.

PRINTS
Lay a photo onto paper with a border and save it as a finished print, ready to share.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Emulsion Cam has no internet permission at all. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no data collected. Your photos never leave your phone, and everything works offline.
