EMuvas User allows users to register, log in, and request deliveries in two modes:
Instant Requests – Users select pickup & drop-off locations, provide package details (weight, images, etc.), and pay using an attached card. The system automatically assigns a nearby driver, and users receive real-time updates via socket notifications.
Scheduled Requests – Users set a pickup time in advance, add package details, and pay. The request is sent to an admin panel, where an admin assigns a driver manually.
Live tracking is available for both instant and scheduled deliveries.
Users and drivers can rate and review each other after completing a delivery.
Payment processing is handled through a secure payment gateway, requiring an attached card for transactions.
