ENA Coach is a bus and shuttle company being run by ENA Investments Limited. The company has been operational since 2010 but has been operating under a different SACCO.

With Experience in the PSV industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) has evaluated the challenges and come up with better services to offer exemplary services. ENA Coach covers more than 30 routes within Kenya and is working round the clock to add more routes within Kenya and the greater East African region.

With all due respect, it has to be the worst booking experience I have ever encountered. The app is well curated but the services are poor; the ticket I bought did not align with the bus at all and I ended up being late to my activities. I highly do not recommend.

Works well with me. I got the app when it was released and have been using it to book my trips successfully. However, have heard complaints of late since I recommended it to my friends. Kindly work on updating the app, not only prices. Customers should be first priority and give them a more advanced and exemplary treatment.

Me as a frequent customer, I need this company to introduce a cancellation button incase of any inconvenience, maybe you chose a wrong bus/time, or you got an emergency and you want to cancel either time or the trip, there's no option for that, do something about it kindly, human being is to error.
