Works well with me. I got the app when it was released and have been using it to book my trips successfully. However, have heard complaints of late since I recommended it to my friends. Kindly work on updating the app, not only prices. Customers should be first priority and give them a more advanced and exemplary treatment.

Me as a frequent customer, I need this company to introduce a cancellation button incase of any inconvenience, maybe you chose a wrong bus/time, or you got an emergency and you want to cancel either time or the trip, there's no option for that, do something about it kindly, human being is to error.
