ENA Coach is a bus and shuttle company being run by ENA Investments Limited. The company has been operational since 2010 but has been operating under a different SACCO.

With Experience in the PSV industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) has evaluated the challenges and come up with better services to offer exemplary services. ENA Coach covers more than 30 routes within Kenya and is working round the clock to add more routes within Kenya and the greater East African region.

One of the most frustrating booking apps I've used. I first encountered login and registration issues, which already made it difficult to even start the booking process. After finally getting access, I entered all passenger details, but the app repeatedly sent me back to the phone number field and refused to continue despite the number being entered exactly as instructed. Time wasted with nothing to show for it. If customers cannot complete a simple booking, the app is then unfit for use.

The app has a clean and appealing front end, but unfortunately the backend experience needs significant improvement. The booking process doesn’t feel seamless, and key functionality like sending verification codes isn’t working. I wasn’t able to register or sign in at all. I’d strongly recommend taking the app offline temporarily to address these issues, thoroughly testing it, and only re-releasing once the core features are reliable. As it stands, the experience is quite frustrating.
