People stop complaining about the wrong thing. It isn't the app, but the changes that were made to the site as a whole. The company tried something new, and they messed up. This affected the user login portion of the site. Aim your compliants to the company itself for not having this solved yet.

I have set up an account via the website but when I try to log in via app, it says I need to reset my password. My credentials are fine. App is useless until this is fixed.
