I have set up an account via the website but when I try to log in via app, it says I need to reset my password. My credentials are fine. App is useless until this is fixed.

Wont let me log in with the username and password I KNOW is on my account. I have quintuple checked it's correct and the same user and password works on the website. When I try to reset the password it says it sent me an message with a link to reset but it doesn't send anything. it's not in my spam or anything. Garbage app
