I have the old version brought 5 years ago. Can't even connect the app remote to my system. Very cheap and no real surround settings just the basic. I can't use the app. It will not find my system. Very disappointed with the remote app. Its useless. I seriously don't recommend this system. For the price you should be able to get all the features other surround theater systems have. They haven't done any updates in years. 😒🤔

100% user error. Try contacting support so they can show you what you're doing wrong.

Thanks, Enclave support for the recent 'clarifications' about which version is needed based on the system in use. Apparently the Enclave 'original' and the 'new and improved' version II require DIFFERENT applications. Could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and 'bad publicity' if that's made "more clear". Yes. This version works on my system. Updates complete. All setting saved and working. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. We try our best to use product images, product specific app titles, compatibility descriptions and in box QR codes with direct links to minimize confusion, however, from time to time we'll find the occasional wrong app in use. Glad you are up and running! Enjoy the system.

Very little thought went into the app and the UI issues haven't been addressed in over two years. This is not how you get returning customers. With the speakers always losing connection, why can't the app just notify me or the hub just reset the wireless automatically? The speakers rock. The app and hub firmware is garbage. If you get these speakers, I recommend smart plugs to turn everything off for a few minutes every day at a time you don't typically use them. Wireless issues solved.

Reaching out to the support team would likely yield a proper resolve as based on your comment, you have local interference issues which can likely be resolved . We don't recommend turning everything off as you recommend , it actually decreases network reliability.
