Very little thought went into the app and the UI issues haven't been addressed in over two years. This is not how you get returning customers. With the speakers always losing connection, why can't the app just notify me or the hub just reset the wireless automatically? The speakers rock. The app and hub firmware is garbage. If you get these speakers, I recommend smart plugs to turn everything off for a few minutes every day at a time you don't typically use them. Wireless issues solved.

Hi Steve
Reaching out to the support team would likely yield a proper resolve as based on your comment, you have local interference issues which can likely be resolved . We don't recommend turning everything off as you recommend , it actually decreases network reliability.

For a $1500. system this app is a joke! Works sometimes. Most times doesn't. Usually have to delete and re install to get to connect to hub. And support will never acknowledge any of their products have issues. It's always an issue with you, your equipment, or your environment. Never their app or systems. I've had these problems from the beginning and there is never a solution that is a permanent fix. Well, I've deleted the app again. Excuse me while I go re download and install. AGAIN! Now, all setting ability is gone! Can't adjust anything Can turn on & off and volume up & down. No more. The remote turns on & off. Nothing more. What a joke!! I've been ripped off. Should have gone with the new Samsung soundbar with Atmos speakers. I'm such a dummy.

Hi Steven
Turn your phone landscape and back, your app is hung likely from excess button activity (repeating the button tap) causing a script to hang. Flipping kills those open processes. Again, reinstalling the app does not resolve issues.

There is no multi-band equalizer, nothing even for basic treble/bass control. A "premium" sound system that has no way to adjust the bass?!? I've waited a year assuming they would surely add it, and yet still no EQ, something that one would think is extremely easy to incorporate for an audio company. I can't be first to suggest this basic feature! And the app requires location services to be on to locate the hub, why can't it be found with just Bluetooth?! Update the app with an EQ - ASAP!

Hello, Google requires location services to be enab
led, it is of no relation to Enclave. In regards to EQ, we will not be adding tone control functions as that's simply a feature we see but a few requests for in over two years on the market. If you wish to adjust LFE channel output, you would use the in-app volume trims. Thanks!
