Scammers alart!!! Whenever you do a transaction, Airtime purchase, Data or any other purchases and it failed for any reason, you don't get refunded or reimbursed for it... I called the customer service several times with no answer, I tried the what's app group and it's also full, then I chatted with the customer service on what's app for at least a 3 weeks he keeps talking about how he's trying to resolve the issue... He asked for the receipts, screenshots and my email addresss still notin

This is the worse data app I ever come across because they don't respond to their customers complains, if you have problem , you are on your on, no body will listen to your complain. I use their App to buy Alpha caller recharge, they debited me, but the recharge doesn't reflect, I forwarded complain, but no body respond, this is so sad!.

People should be careful about using this application (Arewa Global) because if you encounter a transaction problem with them I mistakenly send a large amount of money, they will not return your money. I personally made a mistake by sending them about five hundred thousand (₦500,000).
