Scammers alart!!! Whenever you do a transaction, Airtime purchase, Data or any other purchases and it failed for any reason, you don't get refunded or reimbursed for it... I called the customer service several times with no answer, I tried the what's app group and it's also full, then I chatted with the customer service on what's app for at least a 3 weeks he keeps talking about how he's trying to resolve the issue...
